Day off and Daily Break!

今日は一日ゆっくりと休暇で読書の日でした。

Today was a day off for me.

休暇は好きです　家でまったりとしてご飯を食べお菓子をつまみ見たい映画を見てごろごろごろごろ・・・

I love the day off  Relax, eat, snacks,watching TV movies and be lazy...lol

心と体を同時に休ませ余裕を持たせるって事も大切ですからね

It's also important to get rest your body and head at the same time to let you have a little space in your heart :))
